مشكلات الطفل المحضون كما يدركها الخبراء الاجتماعيين والنفسيين بمحاكم الأسرة وتصور مقترح من منظور العلاج الأسري للتعامل معها الملخص: بالطبع للطلاق العديد من الآثار الاجتماعية والنفسية ، والتي تؤثر على كل من الأطفال والبالغين، لكن الأطفال هم الأكثر معاناة، فهم مضطرون للذهاب ذهابًا وإيابًا من منزل إلى آخر، وفي أغلب الأوقات ما يشعرون بالعزلة، ويشعر الكثير من الأطفال بالذنب لأنهم يعتقدون أنهم هم سبب انفصال والديهم ويتعامل الكثيرون مع شجار آبائهم وفي الأغلب ما يشعرون كما لو أنه يجب عليهم اختيار إحدى الوالدين مما يولد لديهم عدم الأمان، وظهور مشكلات تتعلق بالثقة بالنفس ، وعلى أثر تلك المشكلات يتولى أحد الوالدين حضانة الطفل . ومن هنا تتولد مجموعة من المشكلات التي تم عرضها في ذلك البحث ، حيث استهدف ذلك البحث التعرف على المشكلات الاجتماعية والنفسية للطفل المحضون كما يدركها الخبراء الاجتماعيين والنفسيين بمحكمة الأسرة بأسيوط ، وقد تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على فروع محكمة الأسرة بمدينة أسيوط ومراكزها علي عينة قدرها (26) خبير من الاجتماعيين والنفسيين العاملين بمحاكم الأسرة بمحافظة أسيوط، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج وأوضحت النتائج وجود مستوى مرتفع من المشكلات الاجتماعية للطفل المحضون كما يدركها الخبراء الاجتماعيين والنفسيين بمحاكم الأسرة, حيث بلغ المتوسط العام المرجح (2.35) بانحراف معياري قدره (0.71), كما يتضح وجود مستوى متوسط من المشكلات النفسية للطفل المحضون كما يدركها الخبراء الاجتماعيين والنفسيين بمحاكم الأسرة, حيث بلغ المتوسط العام المرجح (2.21) بانحراف معياري قدره (0.76).   الكلمات المفتاحية: الطفل المحضون ، الخبراء الاجتماعيين والنفسيين، العلاج الأسري.                   Abstract: Of course, divorce has many social and psychological effects, which affect both children and adults, but children suffer the most, as they have to go back and forth from one house to another, and most of the time they feel isolated, and many children feel guilty because they think that they are the ones The reason for the separation of their parents. Many deal with their parents' quarrels, and in most cases they feel as if they have to choose one of the parents, which generates insecurity for them, and the emergence of problems related to self-confidence, and as a result of these problems, one of the parents takes custody of the child. Hence, a group of issues presented in that research were generated, as this research aimed at the social and psychological issues of the custody as proven by the social and psychological experts in the Family Court in Assiut. The social and psychological experience of the family governor in Assiut Governorate, The study reached a set of results and the results showed that there is a high level of social problems for the child under custody as perceived by the social and psychological experts in the family courts, as the general weighted average was (2.35) with a standard deviation of (0.71). As perceived by social and psychological experts in family courts, the weighted average was (2.21) with a standard deviation of (0.76).
