ملخص البحث : يواجه الشباب الجامعي في ظل الحياة الرقمية العديد من المعارف والمعلومات والمهارات التكنولوجية المختلفة ؛ لذلك يهدف هذا البحث الى تحديد متطلبات بناء القدرات الرقمية للشباب الجامعي  , وأجريت الدراسة على عينة من طلاب كلية الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة الفيوم , وتمثل حجم مجتمع البحث في (362 طالب) وقد استند الباحث في هذه الدراسة على استمارة قياس لمتطلبات بناء القدرات الرقمية للشباب الجامعي , واتضح من نتائج الدراسة العديد من المتطلبات لبناء القدرات الرقمية للشباب الجامعي , حيث جاء ترتيب متطلبات بناء القدرات الرقمية للشباب الجامعي. ومن خلال الوزن المرجح والقوة النسبية على النحو التالى:- وقد جاءت مرتبة حسب أهميتها من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة كالآتي : 1- تنمية وعي الشباب الجامعي بمهارات التعلم الذاتي  وقوة نسبية (92.1٪). 2- تنمية وعي الشباب الجامعي بالمهارات الإلكترونية  وقوة نسبية (91.6٪). 3- توفير أنشطة تدريبية لتنمية مهاره إتخاذ القرار وقوة نسبية (91.3٪). الكلمات المفتاحية : الحياة الرقمية ، بناء القدرات الرقمية ، المتطلبات                                               Abstract: University youth in the light of digital life face a lot of different knowledge, information and technological skills. Therefore, this research aims to determine the requirements for building digital capabilities for university youth. The study was conducted on a sample of students from the Faculty of Social Work, Fayoum University. The researcher in this study used a measurement form for the requirements of building digital capabilities for university youth, and it was clear from the results of the study that there are many requirements for building digital capabilities for university youth, as the order of requirements for building digital capabilities for university youth came through through weighted weight and relative strength as follows.: They were arranged according to their importance from the point of view of the study sample as follows.:  1- Developing university youth awareness of self-learning skills and relative strength (92.1%).).  2- Developing university youth awareness of electronic skills and relative strength (91.6%).).  3- Providing training activities to develop decision-making skills and relative strength (91.3%).). .  Keywords: digital life - building digital capabilities - requirements
