تقوم مهنة الخدمة الأجتماعية بصفة عامة وخدمة الجماعة بصفة خاصة بدور هام للنهوض بالمجتمع الإنساني عن طريق حل أو التخفيف من المشكلات الأجتماعية، وتظهر أهمية هذا الدور كلما تسع نطاق المجتمع وتعرض لتيار التغير الأجتماعى، ويعد الوسط الأجتماعى من العوامل الهامة التي تدفع الفرد لارتكاب الجريمة، فالاختلالات التي تشهدها الأسرة من انشقاقات في وظائفها جعلت منها دافع قوى لأفردها في تبنى السلوك الإجرامي.
.وتعتبر الرائدات الريفيات بمثابة الجندي المجهول في وزارة التضامن يقع عليهن عبء كبير في المجتمع، ولهذا يجب عقد دورات تدريبية لهن، حتى يصبحن أكثر تأهيلاً لما يقمن به من دور عظيم يتمثل في دعم مفهوم الحماية الأجتماعية الشاملة للأسر في الريف المصري. وتسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مستوى وعى الرائدات الريفيات بعوامل الجرائم الأسرية، في الريف المصري، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياس على عينة (17) من الرائدات الريفيات المترددات على المجلس القومى للمرأة فرع الفيوم وكشفت الدراسة عن ضعف مستوى وعى الرائدات بالعوامل الجرائم الاسرية الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، الثقافية والنفسية وبناءا على ذلك تم وضع تصور مقترح من منظور طريقة العمل مع الجماعات لتأهيلهن.

Summary
The social work profession in general and social group work in particular plays an important role for the advancement of human society by solving or alleviating social problems, and the importance of this role appears whenever the scope of society expands and is exposed to the current of social change, and the social environment is one of the important factors that push the individual to commit crime, the imbalances witnessed by the family from splits in its functions made it a strong motivation for its members to adopt criminal behavior. Rural pioneers are considered as the unknown soldier in the Ministry of Solidarity, they have a great burden in society, and therefore training courses must be held for them, so that they become more qualified for their great role in supporting the concept of comprehensive social protection for families in the Egyptian countryside.
The current study seeks to determine the level of awareness of rural pioneers of family crime factors, in the Egyptian countryside, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a scale was applied to a sample(17) of rural pioneers who frequent the National Council for Women, Fayoum branch, and the study revealed a weak level of awareness of the pioneers of the factors of family crimes economic, social, cultural and psychological, and accordingly a proposed conception was developed from the perspective of the method of working with groups to rehabilitate them.
