المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التحقق من الوعي عند الشباب الجامعي بالحقوق الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لكبار السن، والتعرف على العوامل التي تتسبب في الحد من وعي الشباب الجامعي بالحقوق الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لكبار السن. وتم إجراء البحث على عينة قوامها 210 من طلبة جامعة الملك سعود باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي. طُبق عليهم استبانة "وعي الشباب بالحقوق الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لكبار السن"، وباستخدام أساليب التكرارات، والنسب المئوية، تم التوصل إلى أن درجة وعي الشباب الجامعي بالحقوق الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لكبار السن بصفة عامة متوسطة. ودرجة موافقة أفراد العينة على العوامل التي تتسبب في الحد من الوعي لديهم بالحقوق الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لكبار السن كانت بصفة عامة كبيرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوعي، الشباب الجامعي، الحقوق الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، كبار السن ، سياسات الرعاية الاجتماعية    The Degree of University Youth Awareness of
the Elderly's Social and Economic Rights Abstract: This study aims to verify the university youth's awareness of the elderly's social and economic rights, identify the factors that impede the university youth's awareness of the elderly's social and economic rights. The study was conducted on a sample of 210 male and female student at King Saud University, using the social survey method. By using methods of frequencies, percentages, it was concluded that the degree of the university youth's awareness of the elderly's social and economic rights is generally medium. The degree of approval of the sample members on the factors that impede the university youth's awareness of the elderly's social and economic rights was generally big.
