ملخص البحث هدف البحث إلى استخدام نموذج ثقافة الأقران الإيجابية لتنمية وعي الشباب الجامعي بالاندماج الاجتماعي وفق روية مصر 2030، واستخدام نموذج ثقافة الأقران الإيجابية لتنمية وعي الشباب الجامعي بالمساواة في الحقوق وتكافؤ الفرص وفق روية مصر 2030، واستخدام نموذج ثقافة الأقران الإيجابية لتنمية وعي الشباب الجامعي بالحماية للفئات الأولى بالرعاية وفق روية مصر 2030 واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي وتكونت عينة البحث من الشباب الجامعي بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة الفيوم وعددهم ( 72طالب وطالبة ) للتعرف علي مدي الوعي لديهم بالعدالة الاجتماعية وفق رؤية مصر 2030 وتم تصحيح المقياس ورصد الدرجات مع استبعاد (7 مقياس) و بالتالي تكونه العينة الكلية(65) مقياس لاستخلاص العينة التجريبية للأرباع الأدنى وهي العينة التي استخلصت منها العينة وبذلك حددت الباحثة العينة الأساسية للدراسة بالرابع الأدنى في الدرجة الكلية للمقياس و عددهم (16) طالب وطالبة) وقامت الباحثة بتصميم مقياس لتنمية وعي الشاب الجامعي بالعدالة الاجتماعية وفق روية مصر 2030. على أن يتم بناؤها بطريقة علمية يُتبع فيها الخطوات والاعتبارات العلمية المتبعة عند بناء المقاييس وقد استخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية البسيطة وفقاً لطبيعة الدراسة . وقد أظهرت النتائج أن ترتيب أبعاد أداة البحث وفقاً لاستجابات المبحوثين : كذلك تبين أن قيمة معامل الارتباط بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين على عبارات البعد الأول تنمية وعي الشباب الجامعي بالاندماج الاجتماعي وفق روية مصر 2030، ومتوسطات استجابات المبحوثين على إجمالي أبعاد المقياس (0.62) ، بمستوى دالة عند (0.76) .كذلك تبين أن قيمة معامل الارتباط بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين على عبارات البعد الثاني تنمية وعي الشباب الجامعي بالمساواة في الحقوق وتكافؤ الفرص وفق روية مصر 2030 ومتوسطات استجابات المبحوثين على إجمالي أبعاد المقياس (0.59) ، بمستوى دالة عند (0.74) .كذلك تبين أن قيمة معامل الارتباط بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين على عبارات البعد الثالث تنمية وعي الشباب الجامعي بالحماية للفئات الأولى بالرعاية وفق روية مصر 2030ومتوسطات استجابات المبحوثين على إجمالي أبعاد المقياس (0.78) ، بمستوى دالة عند (0.76).مما يدل على وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية قوية بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين على عبارات البعد الثالث  تنمية وعي الشباب الجامعي بالحماية للفئات الأولى بالرعاية وفق روية مصر 2030 ومتوسطات استجابات المبحوثين على إجمالي أبعاد المقياس . الكلمات الدالة : نموذج ثقافة الأقران الإيجابية -العدالة الاجتماعية وفق رؤية مصر 2030. Research Summary The research aims to use the positive peer culture model to develop university youth's awareness of social integration in accordance with Egypt's Vision 2030, and using the positive peer culture model to develop university youth's awareness of equal rights and equal opportunities in accordance with Egypt's Vision 2030, and using the positive peer culture model to develop university youth's awareness of protection for groups most deserving of care according to Egypt's vision 2030, the researcher used the experimental method and the research sample consisted of university youth at the Faculty of Social Service, Fayoum University, numbering (72 male and female students) to identify the extent of their awareness of social justice according to Egypt's vision 2030, the scale was corrected and grades were monitored with the exclusion of (7 scales), thus making up the total sample (65) scales to extract the experimental sample for the lower quartiles, which is the sample from which the sample was drawn. Thus, the researcher identified the basic sample for the study as the fourth lowest in the total score of the scale, and their number was (16 male and female students).  The researcher designed a measure to develop university youth's awareness of social justice in accordance with Egypt's Vision 2030. It must be constructed in a scientific manner in which the scientific steps and considerations followed when constructing standards are followed. The researcher used simple statistical methods according to the nature of the study. The results showed that the dimensions of the research tool were arranged according to the respondents' responses: It was also shown that the value of the correlation coefficient between the averages of the respondents' responses to the phrases of the first dimension, developing university youth's awareness of social integration according to Egypt's Vision 2030, and the averages of the respondents' responses to the total dimensions of the scale (0.62), With a function level of (0.76). It was also shown that the value of the correlation coefficient between the averages of the respondents' responses to the phrases of the second dimension, developing university youth's awareness of equal rights and equal opportunities according to Egypt's Vision 2030, and the averages of the respondents' responses to the total dimensions of the scale (0.59), with a significance level of (0.74). It was also shown that the value of the correlation coefficient between the averages of the respondents' responses to the phrases of the third dimension, developing university youth's awareness of protection for groups, is (0.76) with care according to Egypt's Vision 2030, and the averages of the respondents' responses to the total dimensions of the scale (0.78), with a function level of (0.76). Which indicates the existence of a strong, direct correlation between the averages of the respondents' responses to the phrases of the third dimension, developing university youth's awareness of protection for groups (0.76) with care according to Egypt's Vision 2030, and the averages of the respondents' responses to the total dimensions of the scale.
