تعد ظاهرة انتشار الشائعات الإلكترونية في المجتمعات الافتراضية من القضايا الهامة ,ومع انتقال المجتمعات إلى مجتمعات معلوماتية, أصبحت تحظي باهتمام كبير من الباحثين والمسئولين, لما يترتب عليها من كونها تستهدف فئات المجتمع ككل بوجه عام , وفئة الطلائع بوجه خاص, ولهذا هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي تحديد مخاطر انتشار الشائعات بالمجتمعات الافتراضية لدي الطلائع وتحديد إسهامات مراكز الشباب في مواجهة الشائعات الإلكترونية, وتحديد مقترحات تفعيل إسهامات مراكز الشباب في مواجهة الشائعات الإلكترونية بالمجتمعات الافتراضية لدي الطلائع, استخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي لعينة من الطلائع بلغت (200) مفردة وعينة من القائمين علي أنشطة وبرامج مراكز الشباب وبلغت (38) مفردة, وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي ان المخاطر الناتجة عن انتشار ﺍﻟﺸﺎﺌﻌﺎﺕ الإلكترونية بالمجتمعات الافتراضية علي الطلائع تمثلت في نشر الشائعات يؤدي إلي الشعور بالقلق والخوف لدي الطلائع ,وفقدان الثقة في شخصيات وطنية أو إنجازات وأحداث تاريخية ,وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي ان الشائعات الإلكترونية السياسية هي الأكثر انتشاراً بين الطلائع ,وتوصلت الدراسة الي تصور مقترح من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لمواجهة مخاطر انتشار الشائعات الإلكترونية علي مستخدمي المجتمعات الافتراضية لدي الطلائع.

The contributions of youth centers in confronting electronic rumors in the virtual communities of the Vanguards
The phenomenon of the spread of electronic rumors in virtual societies is one of the important issues, and with the transition of societies to information societies, It is getting a lot of attention from researchers and officials, because it targets the groups of society as a whole in general, And the vanguard category in particular, and for this reason the current study aimed to identify the risks of spreading rumors in virtual communities among vanguards and to determine the contributions of youth centers in confronting electronic rumors, And identifying proposals to activate the contributions of youth centers in confronting electronic rumors in the virtual communities of the Vanguards, The study used the social survey method for a sample of (200) Vanguards, and a sample of those in charge of the activities and programs of youth centers, which amounted to (38) individuals, The results of the study concluded that the risks resulting from the spread of electronic rumors in virtual communities on the vanguards were represented in spreading rumors that lead to a feeling of anxiety and apprehension among the vanguards, a loss of confidence in national figures or historical achievements and events. The results of the study concluded that political electronic rumors are the most prevalent among the vanguards. The study came up with a proposed vision from the perspective of a way to organize the community to confront the dangers of spreading electronic rumors on the users of social networking sites.
