تهدف الدراسة الى نشر مجموعة وثائق خاصة بمکتبة ديوان جلالة الملک، ومن خلال الوثائق نتعرض لطرق تزويد المکتبة وسرعة العمل الاداري بها، ودور الديوان الملکي کوسيط بين الملک والرعية، الانعام الملکي بلقب مورد جلالة الملک لمکتبة نهضة مصر، الإحاطة الجارية بالمکتبة، کما تشير الوثائق الى ثلاثة من انواع المکاتبات الرسمية الخاصة بالمکتبة هي الملخص، الخطاب، المذکرة. ومن خلال الدراسة نتعرض لوثائق اشتراک المجلة في الجرائد المصرية سنة ١٩١٦،الاشتراک في الجرائد المصرية باللغات الأجنبية ،الاشتراک في الجرائد الأجنبية١٩١٧،مکاتب تزويد المکتبة بالجرائدوالمجلات الصحف بالقاهرة والاسکندرية
The study aims to publish a set of documents related to the library of His Majesty the King's Court, and through the documents we are exposed to the ways of providing the library and the speed of administrative work in it, the role of the Royal Court as an intermediary between the king and the subjects, the royal inaam with the title of His Majesty's resource for the Nahdet Misr Library, the ongoing briefing of the library as the documents indicate There are three types heof official correspondence for the library: the abstract, the letter, and the memorandum
