Due to the challenges of our time in terms of technical progress and development and the increase in the psychological, social, living and other burdens on the modern person, that is what made him create new solutions through which he can face these problems in order for the person to achieve the highest quality in his life in terms of psychological, health and living.
From here, modern buildings and technologies emerged to achieve these goals, including sustainable architecture, eco architecture, nano architecture, smart and digital architecture, and others. In order to achieve the goals of Egypt's Vision 2030, the government has taken care to develop the most crowded residential areas and the highest human presence in Greater Cairo. As the old historical capital of the country, where we all feel the great development that Cairo
is witnessing in modernizing and developing the infrastructure and urban re-planning of some residential areas that are randomly planned and urban design. Which contains a high percentage of the population density, which was formed for several reasons and originally as a result of neglecting the development of the countryside and Upper Egypt, which led to a large migration of them to Cairo and settlement there and the formation of random population gatherings planning and design.
Hence, a proposal must be drawn up to develop the areas with the highest population density and improve the conditions of their residents who the government will not be able to transfer completely to alternative modern housing compounds established by the government, such as the neighborhoods of Asmarat 1, 2, 3 and others. The research will focus on a proposal to develop the Manshiyet Nasser area, which is one of the densely populated areas in Greater Cairo. But it is not the traditional development known in the past, but rather the use of advanced nanomaterials, which can improve the quality of life in the region. Including concrete slabs developed with nanotechnology in the floors of some corridors and squares proposed to be made in the urban development plan for the region and the use of some elements of site coordination made with nanomaterials and others as will be listed in the research. This is to improve air quality and to achieve the principles of environmentally friendly architecture and sustainable architecture.
