Abstract

This research deals with an archaeological-artistic study of three wooden pulpits as examples of pulpits with a ribbed front in the middle of the Delta, due to the close time period between them, as well as their dependence on the same directorate, which is the Gharbia District, and because of the decorative diversity that these pulpits enjoy. They are the pulpit of the Ismail Al-Adawi Mosque in the city of Samanoud 1265 AH / 1848 AD, a mosque pulpit. Judge Hussein Basmanoud 1285 AH / 1868 AD, and the pulpit of Abu Al-Nadr Winter Mosque in the village of Abu Mandour - Desouk Center after the year 1295 AH / 1878 AD.
