استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف علي دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي المصرية في دعم تنفيذ رؤية مصر 2030 من خلال التأصيل النظري للمفهوم ، وكذا التعرف علي أبعادها وأهميتها مع توضيح مجالات وأنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي والتي تخدم رؤية مصر 2030، والوقوف علي أهم معوقات تفعيلها ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام  المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . وتوصلت الدراسة إلي أن مؤسسات التعليم العالي المصرية تقوم بدور كبير في دعم برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية ودعم المبادرات  التي تخدم أهداف التنمية المستدامة وتنفيذ رؤية مصر 2030 مثل "المشروع القومي للقضاء علي الأمية"  وكذلك "مبادرة مشروع مودة"  وكذلك مبادرة "100 مليون صحة"، كما كشفت النتائج عن أن هناك  بعض المعوقات التي تؤثر علي تفعيل المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي مثل حداثة وغموض المفهوم، الخلط بين مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية وخدمة المجتمع والعمل التطوعي This study aimed to identify the role of social responsibility of higher education institutions in Egypt through the theoretical foundation of the concept, as well as identifying its dimensions and importance, clarifying the areas and activities of social responsibility of higher education institutions that serve Egypt's Vision 2030 and identifying the most important obstacles to its activation. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study concluded that Egyptian higher education institutions play a major role in supporting social responsibility programs and supporting initiatives that serve the goals of sustainable development and implement Egypt's Vision 2030, such as the "National Project to Eradicate Illiteracy", "Mawadda Project Initiative", and "100 Million Health" initiative. The results also revealed that there are some obstacles that affect the activation of social responsibility for higher education institutions, such as the novelty and ambiguity of the concept, and confusion between the concept of social responsibility, community service, and volunteer work.
