هَدفت الدراسة إلي بيان أثر النُضج المؤسسي في تعزيز البراعة التنظيمية بتوسيط الإستشراف الإستراتيجي بالشركات الصناعية بمدينة السادات، واعتمدت الباحثة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة من (384) مفردة تشمل علي القيادات التي تعمل بالادارة العُليا والادارة الوسطي بالقطاعات المختلفة بالشركات الصناعية بمدينة السادات،  وتم جمع العينة بالطريقة القصدية أو العمدية، وقامت الباحثة استخدام أداة الاستبيان بغرض جمع البيانات والمعلومات، كما اعتمدت أيضاً علي المقابلات الشخصية، حيث بلغ (311) استبياناً صالحاً للاستخدام أي بنسبة استجابة (80.9%)،  وبالتإلي اعتمدت الباحثة علي استخدام نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية (SEM) وبرنامج (AMOS & SPSS). ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة هو وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات النُضج المؤسسي و البراعة التنظيمية لدى عينة الدراسة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات النُضج المؤسسي و الإستشراف الاستراتيجي، وأظهرت أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإستشراف الاستراتيجي و البراعة التنظيمية لدى عينة الدراسة، كما أظهرت وجود تأثير مُباشر موجب بين النُضج المؤسسي على الإستشراف الاستراتيجي، كما كَشفت أيضاً عن وجود تأثير موجب للنضج المؤسسي على البراعة التنظيمية، وأظهرت النتائج بوجود تأثير معنوي ذي دلالة إحصائية للإستشراف الاستراتيجي كمتغير وسيط في العلاقة بين النُضج المؤسسي و البراعة التنظيمية.  
      The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of institutional maturity in enhancing organizational ambidexterity by mediating strategic foresight in industrial companies in Sadat City. The researcher relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (384) individuals, including leaders who work in Top management and middle management in the various sectors of industrial companies in Sadat City. The sample was collected intentionally, and the researcher used the questionnaire tool for the purpose of collecting data and information. She also relied on personal interviews, as there were (311) usable questionnaires, meaning a response rate of (80.9%). Therefore, the researcher relied on the use of structural equation modeling (SEM) and (AMOS & SPSS) program. One of the most important results that the researcher reached is the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the degrees of institutional maturity and organizational ambidexterity among the study sample, and the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the degrees of institutional maturity and strategic foresight. She showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between strategic foresight. And organizational ambidexterity among the study sample. It also showed the presence of a positive direct effect between institutional maturity on strategic foresight. It also revealed the presence of a positive effect of institutional maturity on organizational ambidexterity. The results showed the presence of a significant, statistically significant effect of strategic foresight as an intermediary variable in the relationship between institutional maturity and organizational ambidexterity.
