هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف علي طبيعة وأثر العلاقة بين القيادة السامة والصوت التنظيمي بشركات الأدوية بقطاع الأعمال العام، وتحديد مدى وجود الفروقات المعنوية بين متغيرات البحث.، ويتكون مجتمع البحث من العاملين بشركات الأدوية بقطاع الأعمال العام، حيث تم توزيع عدد (374) قائمة استبيان، وتوصلت الدراسة الي وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية سلبية بين أبعاد القيادة السامة وأبعاد الصوت التنظيمي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات منها ضرورة تعزيز ودعم الموظفين في تطبيق ونشر الثقافة الأخلاقية، ترجمة النظريات الأخلاقية على الواقع العملي، وكذا وضع برامج تدريبية تشجع العاملين عن الإبلاغ والتحدث عن أي معوقات داخل الشركات محل الدراسة، ونظم التدريب وغيرها لإجراء التعديلات المناسبة، بما يؤدي إلى تحسين ارتباط العاملين بوظائفهم.
The current research aimed to identify the nature and impact of the relationship between toxic leadership and organizational voice in pharmaceutical companies in the public business sector, and to determine the extent to which there are significant differences between the research variables. The research community consists of workers in pharmaceutical companies in the public business sector, where (374) questionnaire lists were distributed
The study found a negative significant correlation between the dimensions of toxic leadership and the dimensions of organizational voice.
The study reached several recommendations, ncluding the need to strengthen and support employees in applying and disseminating ethical culture, translating ethical theories into practical reality, as well as developing training programs that encourage employees to report and talk about any obstacles within the companies under study, and training systems and others to make appropriate adjustments, leading to Improving employees' engagement with their jobs.
