استهدفت الدارسة قياس أثر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بأبعادها والمتمثلة في (الفيس بوك، الواتس اب، البريد الإلكتروني) علي التنمر الوظيفي (التنمر النفسي، التنمر اللفظي، التنمر الجسدي)، بالإضافة إلى التحقق من اختلاف آراء عينة الدراسة حول العلاقة بين وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتنمر الوظيفي بناء علي المتغيرات الديموغرافية (النوع، العمر، المستوي التعليمي) وذلك سعيًا نحو وضع مجموعة التوصيات التي تخدم مجتمع الدراسة.، وقد استخدمت الباحثة عينة عشوائية طبقية، وبلغ حجم العينة المختارة 279مفردة من العاملين فى المعاهد محل الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائجاهمها تعرض العاملين لبعض سلوكيات لتنمر الوظيفي من قبل زملائهم في العمل.وتوصي الباحثة الاهتمام بطبيعة العلاقة القوية التي تربط بين استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتخفيض سلوكيات التنمر الوظيفي.

The study aimed to measure the impact of social media in its dimensions (Facebook, WhatsApp, email) on occupational bullying (psychological bullying, verbal bullying, physical bullying), in addition to verifying the differences in the opinions of the study sample about the relationship between social media and bullying. Career based on demographic variables (gender, age, educational level) in an effort to develop a set of recommendations that serve
 the study population. The researcher used a stratified random sample, and the size of the selected sample was 279 individuals working in the institutes under study.
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Workers are exposed to some behaviors of job bullying by their colleagues at work.
 The researcher recommends paying attention to the nature of the strong relationship between the use of social media and reducing job bullying behaviors.
