هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان مدى تأثير التكنولوحيا النظيفة على الأداء المالي في الشركات السعودية حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأتت نتائج الدراسة توضح عدم وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية التكنولوحيا النظيفة على العائد على الاستثمار، عدم وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية التكنولوحيا النظيفة على العائد على حقوق الملكية، عدم وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية التكنولوحيا النظيفة على هامش الربح التشغيلي ، أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية التكنولوحيا النظيفة على درجة النشاط في الشركات السعودية حيث تشير النتائج إلى وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية التكنولوحيا النظيفة على معدل دوران الموجودات، استنادا إلى ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج فان الباحث يوصي بما يلي : على الشركات السعودية إعادة النظر في المبالغ التي يتم إنفاقها على التكنولوحيا النظيفة وخاصة المتطورة منها وذلك لبحث أسباب عدم انعكاس تلك المبالغ على العوائد استنادا إلى مفهوم العائد والتكلفة،  ضرورة قيام الشركات السعودية بالتركيز على جانب التكنولوحيا النظيفة عنـد بناء الاستراتيجيات في الواقع العملي بالشكل الذي يؤدي إلى تحسين الأداء المالي، ضرورة زيادة وعي إدارات الشركات السعودية وتعريفهم بمفاهيم التكنولوحيا النظيفة الحديثة وفوائدها وأهميتها ومجالات استخدامها وتطبيقاتها ليتمكنوا من استخدامها بالشكل الصحيح الذي يعود على شركاتهم بالنفع والفائدة، إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والأبحاث حول التكنولوحيا النظيفة والأداء المـالـي فــــي القطاعات الأخرى .
This study aimed to demonstrate the extent of the impact of clean technology on the financial performance of Saudi companies, where the descriptive analytical approach was used. The results of the study showed that there is no statistically significant effect of clean technology on the return on investment, and there is no statistically significant effect of clean technology on the return on investment.
