جرائم الإيموجي تتمثل في استخدام الرموز التعبيرية في التواصل الرقمي بشكل ينتهك القانون أو يُسيء للأفراد، مثل التهديد، الابتزاز، والتحريض على العنف هذا النوع من الجرائم يتنامى مع تزايد استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتطبيقات المراسلة،ولقد انتشرت جرائم الإيموجي في الآونة الأخيرة ولعل السبب في ذلك هو سهولة استخدام هذه الرموز وقدرتها على تجاوز الحواجز اللغوية، مما يجعل فهمها معقدًا في سياقات مختلفة، كما أن الطابع المجازي لبعض الإيموجي يمكن أن يساعد المستخدمين على إخفاء نواياهم الحقيقية، وأكدت الدراسة صعوبة تحديد النوايا و تفسير الإيموجي بشكل واحد من جميع الأفراد باختلاف الثقافات والنوع والعمر وأيضا سياق الكلام الذي أستخدم فيه، و علية فأن توافر القصد الجنائي للجاني صعب أثباته. وهدفت الدراسة ألقاء الضوء علي الجرائم المرتكبة بالاستخدام الغير قانوني للأيموجي وتوضيح أهم صوره وإشكاليات تلك الجرائم وتناولت الدراسة سبل مكافحة جرائم الإيموجي، والتي يأتي في مقدمتها تطوير الأطر القانونية لتشمل هذا النوع من التواصل وما ينجم عنه من جرائم،كما ينبغي توعية المستخدمين حول كيفية استخدام الإيموجي بشكل مسؤول وفهم الدلالات المحتملة لها، التعاون بين منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، السلطات القضائية، ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان ضروري جدا لرصد ومعالجة تلك الجرائم و بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يمكن للتقنيات الحديثة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي أن تساعد في تحليل النصوص والرموز لتحديد السلوكيات المشبوهة والتدخل بشكل مبكر للحد من تلك الجرائم وأثارها النفسية والاجتماعية الكبيرة. The study aimed to shed light on crimes committed through the illegal use of emojis and clarify the most important forms and forms of these crimes. The study addressed ways to combat emoji crimes, the first of which is developing legal frameworks to include this type of communication and the resulting crimes. Users should also be educated about how to use emojis. Responsibly and understanding its potential connotations, cooperation between social media platforms, judicial authorities, and human rights organizations is very necessary to monitor and address these crimes. In addition, modern technologies such as artificial intelligence can help in analyzing texts and symbols to identify suspicious behaviors and intervene early to reduce them.
