تسعى الدراسة إلى اختبار فعّالية التدخل المهني من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية لتفعيل دور الرائدات الريفيات في مبادرات تنظيم الأسرة، وذلك من خلال تفعيل دور الرائدات الريفيات في توعية المرأة بالآثار الإيجابية (الاجتماعية- الاقتصادية- الصحية) المترتبة على تنظيم الأسرة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (30) مفردة من الرائدات الريفيات بمديرية التضامن الاجتماعي بالشرقية، وأثبتت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفرض الرئيس ومؤداه "توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.01) بين التدخل المهني من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية وتفعيل دور الرائدات الريفيات في مبادرات تنظيم الأسرة، هذا وقد أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات منها: عقد المزيد من الدورات والبرامج التدريبية لرفع كفاءة الرائدات الريفيات، وعقد الندوات التثقيفية لتنمية ثقافة المجتمعات الريفية وتوعيتهم بأهمية المبادرات القومية، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول متطلبات تفعيل دور الرائدات الريفيات والاعتراف المجتمعي بأهمية دورهنَّ، وزيادة الاهتمام من قبل وسائل الإعلام بتوعية المجتمعات الريفيات حول أهمية تنظيم الأسرة وتوضيح الآثار المترتبة إيجابيًا وسليبًا من قبل خبراء ومتخصصين. This study aimed at verifying the effectiveness of a professional intervention from a social work perspective for activating the role of rural female rural pioneers in family planning initiatives. The study used the quasi-experimental approach, this is done by activating the role of rural women pioneers in educating women about the positive (social, economic, and health) effects of family planning, and the study sample included (30) female rural pioneers in the Social Solidarity Directorate in Sharqiya governorate. The results of the study showed the validity of the main hypothesis, which states: “There are statistically significant differences at a level of (0.01) between professional intervention from the social work perspective and activating the role of female rural pioneers in family planning initiatives. The study recommended a set of recommendations, including: holding more courses and training programs to raise the efficiency of female rural pioneers, holding educational seminars to develop the culture of rural communities and making them aware of the importance of national initiatives, conducting further studies on the requirements for activating the role of female rural pioneers and societal recognition of the importance of their role, increasing media interest in educating rural communities about the importance of family planning, and experts and specialists explaining of the positive and negative effects resulting from family planning.
