يهدف البحث إلي تحديد دور الرائدات الاجتماعيات في تنمية وعي الأمهات بأساليب التربية الإيجابية، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تحول دون تحقيق ذلك، وأهم المقترحات اللازمة لتفعيل هذا الدور،  ومن ثم التوصل إلي تصور مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية لتفعيل دور الرائدات الاجتماعيات في تنمية وعي الأمهات بأساليب التربية الإيجابية، وتعد من الدراسات الوصفية التي اعتمدت علي المنهج الوصفي، وإستخدمت الدراسة أداتين هما: دليل مقابلة شبه مقننة مع عدد (55) رائدة اجتماعية، وإستمارة استبيان تم تطبيقها علي عينة  بلغ عددها (305) مفردة من السيدات المستفيدات من الوحدات الاجتماعية التابعة لإدارة التضامن الاجتماعي بأبو قرقاص محافظة المنيا، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة قيام الرائدات الاجتماعيات بتنمية وعي الأمهات بمجموعة من أساليب التربية الإيجابية وهي (الأسلوب الديمقراطي – أسلوب العطف والدفء – أسلوب القدوة – أسلوب الحزم) وتنفيذها للعديد من الأنشطة المرتبطة بكل أسلوب علي حدة ، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود مجموعة من الصعوبات التي تقلل من جهود الرائدات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي مجموعة من المقترحات اللازمة لتفعيل هذا الدور.
       The research aimed to determine the role of female social pioneers in developing mothers' awareness of positive parenting methods, identifying the difficulties that prevent this from being achieved, and the most important proposals needed to activate this role. Then, a proposal was reached from the perspective of general practice in social service to activate the role of social pioneers in developing mothers' awareness of positive parenting methods. It is considered one of the descriptive studies that relied on the descriptive approach, and the study used two tools: a semi-regulated interview guide with (55) social pioneers, and a questionnaire form that was applied to a sample of (305) female beneficiaries from the social units of the Social Solidarity Department in Abu Qurqas. Minya Governorate. The results of the study showed that social pioneers developed mothers' awareness of a group of positive parenting methods, namely (the democratic method - the method of kindness and warmth - the method of example - the method of assertiveness) and their implementation of many activities related to each method separately. The results also showed the existence of a group of difficulties that reduce the efforts of the pioneers, and the study reached a set of proposals necessary to activate this role.
