تقاس أهمية المرأة اليهودية بما تقدمه لأسرتها ومجتمعها، لذا فإن مكانتها وقيمتها يتحددان بمدى استعمالها وتوظيفها لخدمة المجتمع طوعًا أو كرهًا. ونظرًا لعدم تخلى المجتمع الإسرائيلى عن فكرته الذكورية المتدنية عن كون المرأة منبع وأساس الشر والإغواء منذ بداية الخلق، والمحملة بالخطايا، والتى خلقت فى الأساس لخدمة الرجل ورغباته وتنفيذ أوامره فى العقل الذكورى. ولقد رسخ العهد القديم لشخصيات نسائية يهودية كثيرة، وخلد ذكرهن وأعمالهن فى البغاء باعتبارها بطولات وتضحيات، ومن ثم ألبس كل منها رداء القداسة. باستعمال المنهج الوصفى التحليلى فى هذه الدراسة تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها أن تلك الشخصيات النسائية أصبحت رموزًا دينية حاضرة وجب الاقتداء بها وبتاريخها وبتضحياتها المزعومة، وأن توظيفها فى البغاء لخدمة الأهداف السياسية الأمنية يعتبر أمرًا محمودًا جديرًا بالثناء من قبل رجال الدين والمجتمع الحديث، وهو ما أدى إلى إصدار فتاوى دينية حديثة تبيح بغاء النساء الأمنى فى إسرائيل باعتباره نوع من أنواع العبادة الدينية الإلزامية، طالما يخضع ذلك برمته ويوظف للحفاظ على مصالح وأمن إسرائيل والمجتمع اليهودى بأكمله.
