It find out the role of some hormonal parameters Calcitonin(CT), Parathyroid (PTH), and Estrogen ( E2)   in the serum of women patients with osteoporosis and heart diseases. The result of hormonal parameters include: Calcitonin, Estrogen showed significantly decreased (P≤0.05) in groups of osteoporosis, Heart disease, and osteoporosis with heart disease in comparison with control group. Parathyroid showed a significant increase (P≤0.05) in groups of osteoporosis, heart disease, and osteoporosis with heart disease in comparison with the control group.
To investigate the physiological relationship between hormonal parameters,  calcitonin and estrogen and   parathyroid in patients of osteoporosis and heart diseases in Samarra city.
Serum calcitonin and estrogen showed significant decreases (P≤0.05) in groups of osteoporosis, heart disease, and osteoporosis with heart disease in comparison with the control group but Parathyroid showed a significant increase (P≤0.05) in groups of osteoporosis, heart disease, and osteoporosis with heart disease in comparison with control group.
