نجد في عصرنا الحاضر كل يوم تطورات جديدة، خاصة في مجال التكنولوجيا الحديثة، منها ما هو مفيد نافع للطبيعة وللبشرية، ومنها ما هو ضار ومدمر لها، وكان ولا يزال للوقف الخيري عمومًا دور كبير في حياة المسلمين وتحقيق النفع لهم، ويُعد الوقف الخيري الإلكتروني من التكنولوجيا الحديثة المفيدة والنافعة للمسلمين في عصرنا الحالي في كل مكان، والتي يسعى من خلاله الكثير من المسلمين لعمل الخير وتقديم الخدمة للمسلمين، وهو نتاج للتقدم والتطور الهائل في وسائل الاتصال والتكنولوجيا الحديثة، والتي أضحت أقوى المتغيرات في حياتنا المعاصرة، وأكثر تأثيرًا فيها؛ فقد غطى نظام الرقمنة، والحوسبة، والإلكترونيات على كل شيء في حياتنا العامة، بل والخاصة على السواء، اجتماعيًا، واقتصاديًا، وطبيًا، وإداريًا، ولا أدل على ذلك من أنني الآن وأنا أُعد هذا البحث أستخدم المكتبات والمواقع الإلكترونية التي تشتمل على كتب، وموسوعات، ومخطوطات فقهية وعلمية كبيرة-من شبه المستحيل عليَّ الحصول عليها ورقيًا، حيث تحتاج الكثير من المال والجهد والوقت للوصول إليها في أماكنها-، موقوفة إلكترونيا على نفع المسلمين. ومن خلال هذا البحث، الموسوم بـعنوان: "التكييف الفقهي والحكم الشرعي للوقف الخيري الإلكتروني" دراسة فقهية مقارنة " ، أُعرّف ماهية الوقف الخيري الإلكتروني، ومدى اختلافه عما يشتبه به من أوقاف أخرى، وأُعرِّف إيجابياته، وسلبياته، وتكييفه الفقهي، وحكمه الشرعي.   In today's world, rapid advancements in modern technology are evident. Some developments benefit humanity and nature, while others pose harm. The Islamic institution of charitable endowment (waqf) has historically played a vital role in benefiting the Muslim community. Today, electronic charitable endowments represent a new frontier, allowing Muslims worldwide to contribute to charitable causes via modern technology. This is a product of the vast progress in communications and digitization, which have now permeated nearly every aspect of contemporary life, from social to economic, medical, and administrative realms. An example of this technological integration is seen in the preparation of this research itself, where digital libraries and online platforms provided access to vast collections of books, encyclopedias, and manuscripts that would otherwise be difficult and costly to obtain in physical form. These electronically endowed resources are now easily accessible for the benefit of Muslims. This study, titled "Jurisprudential Adaptation and Islamic Rulings on Electronic Charitable Endowments: A Comparative Study," seeks to define electronic charitable endowments, differentiate them from other types of endowments, and assess their benefits, drawbacks, jurisprudential adaptation, and Islamic ruling.
