Leading international societies advice using only echocardiography when a potential clinical benefit exists, favoring focused assessments, and employing smaller portable equipment due to the danger of staff infection and equipment contamination during the procedure. Several investigations over the past few several different types of echocardiographic anomalies have been described for months in COVID-19 individuals. These findings are summarized in this review, which also discusses potential contributing mechanisms.
