يعبر التغير المناخى على التغيرات فى الخصائص المناخية للكرة الأرضية نتيجة للزيادات الحالية فى نسبة تركيز الغازات المتولدة عن عمليات الاحتراق فى الغلاف الجوى بسبب الأنشطة البشرية التى ترفع من درجة حرارة الغلاف الجوى ، كما يعتبر التغير المناخى تحدى عظيم يواجه البشرية ، ولقد بدأت إرهاصات تغير المناخ في الظهور في أعقاب الثورة الصناعية عندما بدأ العلماء يحذرون من إختلال المعادلة المناخية لكوكب الأرض ، و تنقسم أسباب تغير المناخ إلى أسباب طبيعية مثل ثورات البراكين ، الأشعة الكونية، والعواصف الترابية ، والأمطار الحمضية ، وأخرى اصطناعية مثل النفايات والفضلات المنبعثة من الصناعات المختلفة ، وتلوث المياه ، وتؤثر التغيرات المناخية على مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية والتي من أهمها القطاع الزراعي، قطاع المياه ، الثروة السمكية والحيوانية ، قطاع الطاقة والصناعة ،وأخيرا قطاع النقل والسياحة، و تعد فرنسا من أكثر الدول تضررًا من التغيرات المناخية ،والتى تؤثر على المحاصيل الزراعية والثروة الحيوانية، كما تحتل روسيا المركز الثالث بعد الصين والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في قائمة أكبر الدول المسببة لانبعاثات الغازات الدفيئة، وعليه فقد تبنت هذه الدول عدة إجراءات لمواجهة التغيرات المناخية علي المستوي المحلي والدولى ، وأخيرا إعتمدت الدولة المصرية على مجموعة من الآليات للحد من الآثار السبية التغيرات المناخية.   Abstract: Climate change reflects changes in the Earth's climate characteristics as a result of current increases in the concentration of gases generated by atmospheric combustion due to human activities that increase atmospheric temperature Climate change is a great challenge facing humanity, and climate change anxieties began to emerge in the aftermath of the industrial revolution when scientists began warning against disrupting the Earth's climate equation. and the causes of climate change are divided into natural causes such as volcanic heredity, Cosmic rays, dust storms, acid rains, synthetic others such as waste and waste from different industries, Water pollution, and climate changes affect various economic sectors, the most important of which is the agricultural sector; Water Sector, Fisheries and Livestock Sector, Energy and Industry Sector France is one of the countries most affected by climate change. Russia is third only to China and the United States of America in the list of major greenhouse gas emitters. And so these countries have adopted several actions to address climate change at the domestic and international levels, Finally, the Egyptian State relied on a series of mechanisms to reduce the negative effects of climate change.
