لقد شهد العالم خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية تطورا ملحوظة في مختلف جوانب الحياة المعاصرة ، لا سيما القضايا الطبية، والأمة فى هذا العصر مع تسارع خطى العلوم والتقنيات الطبية المستجدة بحاجة ماسة إلى نظرة فقهية تتسابق مع تلك الخطى، فتنظر فى مآلاتها وتقف على معطياتها وقرائنها، ليتبين الحكم الشرعى فيها حتى يكون الفرد والمجتمع على بينة من أمره، ليحظى المجتمع بالأمن والأمان فى ظل رضا الله تعالى، والمنهج الاجتهادي لا يتحقق إلا بالصلة العلمية المتينة بين التراث الفقهي والخبرة العلمية للتقنيات الحديثة، ولتحقيق ذلك فقد قمت بتقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة.   أما المقدمة: فتشتمل على أهداف البحث، أسباب اختياره، الدراسات السابقة، المنهج المتبع في كتابته، اشكالية البحث، وخطة تقسيمه، وبينت فى التمهيد التعريف بمفردات البحث، خواص الذهب، واستخداماته، ثم تحدثت فى المبحث الأول عن التداوى بالذهب والوقوف على التكييف الفقهى للذهب فى التداوى مع التوضيح ببعض النماذج الفقهية، وفى المبحث الثانى استخدام تقنية النانو" جزيئات الذهب" وكيفية الاستفادة منها فى أمراض الأورام السرطانية والقضاء عليها، وتحدثت فى المبحث الثالث عن استخدام جزيئات الذهب فى علاج  البشرة  وتحسين مظهرها، وفي الخاتمة توصلت إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أنه يباح استخدام جسيمات الذهب النانوية في العلاج والتداوي فهو من باب الضرورة أو الحاجة التي تنزل منزلة الضرورة، وأن تقنية النانو كغيرها من التقنيات الحديثة لها جوانب إيجابية وأخرى سلبية، ثم عقبت على ذلك ببعض التوصيات منها:  توجيه عناية الباحثين بالنظر إلى تلك المستجدات الطبية التى تفرض نفسها بقوة فى ظل التطور العلمي الهائل الذى نشهده فى الآونة الأخيرة، مع العناية بالقياس كوسيلة معتبرة من الأدلة الشرعية التي لا غنى عنها للوقوف على الأحكام الشرعية للنوازل المستحدثة. Abstract: During the past few years, the world has witnessed remarkable development in various aspects of contemporary life, especially medical issues. The legal ruling in it so that the individual and society are aware of his command, so that the society enjoys security and safety under the satisfaction of God Almighty, and the diligent approach is achieved only by the strong scientific link between the jurisprudential heritage and the scientific experience of modern technologies, and to achieve this, I have divided the research into an introduction, a preface and three topics. and conclusion. As for the introduction: it includes the objectives of the research, the reasons for its selection, the approach followed in writing it, the problematic of the research, and the plan for its division. Clarification of some jurisprudential models, and in the second topic, the use of nanotechnology "gold particles" and how to benefit from them in cancerous tumor diseases and eliminate them, and I talked in the third topic about the use of gold particles in treating the skin and improving its appearance.    In the end, I reached several results, the most important of which are: It is permissible to use gold nanoparticles in treatment and medication, as it is the door of necessity or need that descends into the status of necessity, and that nanotechnology, like other modern technologies, has positive and negative aspects, and then I followed that with some recommendations, including: Directing the attention of researchers In view of those medical developments that impose themselves strongly in light of the tremendous scientific development that we are witnessing in recent times, taking care of analogy as a significant means of legal evidence that is indispensable to find out the legal rulings of the emerging emerging events.
