Abstract

Salivary glands, midgut and cuticular antigens of are very frequent and sometime accompanicd with purulent nasal discharge that interferes with normal breathing (Lancaster and Meisch, 1986).Cephalopina titillator (nasal bot of camel) and Both flies torment its host in an attempt to Oestrus ovis (nasal bot of sheep) were resolved deposit freshly hatched larvae into their nasal by gel electrophoresis under denaturating cavity, the larvae can crawl up to_ the condition. Six groups of rabbits were vaccinated nasopharynx and sometime the paranasal sinuscs, with each antigen type. Resolved polypeptides, attached to the mucous membranc (Husscin cl were tested by immunoblotting against al., 1982). Several workers have recommendcd hyperimmune sera of vaccinated rabbits. 5,3 and the use of intranasal insecticide to the infested ,3 specific immunogenic bands were detected for animals as a mean of control (Sivkov, 1981). TheSalivary glands, midgut and cuticular antigen of prolonged use of most insccticids results in C: titillator. 4,4 and 3 immunogenic bands were accumulation of residues in animal flesh, milk| detected for O.ovis larval antigens. Larval and may eventually Icad to the appearance of Salivary glands proved to be the major resistant larval strains (Shanahan and Roxburgh, immunogenes followed by midgut and cuticular 1974)."antigens, i The host-parasite relationship has been studied
