مكانة الحرمين الشريفين وأثرها على العلاقات الدولية دراسة تأصيلية عبد الله بن عبد العزيز الغيث قسم السياسة الشرعية، المعهد العالي للقضاء، جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، المملكة العربية السعودية . البريد الإلكتروني: aag498358@gmail.com ملخص البحث: لقد خص الله تعالى الحرمين الشريفين بخصائص ومزايا كريمة، وأضفى على الحرمين الشريفين المهابة والإجلال والتعظيم والمكانة في نفوس المسلمين، وجاءت نصوص الوحيين مؤسسة وداعمة لهذا التعظيم والمنزلة، وكان لهذه المكانة الآثار البارزة والطيبة في تعزيز وتقوية العلاقات الدولية بين الدولة الإسلامية والدول الأخرى، مما أثر ذلك على التعاملات وتقوية روابط التعايش بين الدول، لأجل هذه الأهمية، اخترت دراسة مكانة الحرمين الشريفين وأثرها على العلاقات الدولية دراسة تأصيلية، وجاءت هذه الدراسة بأربعة مباحث، حيث تناولت في المبحث الأول التعريف بمكانة الحرمين الشريفين، وجاء المبحث الثاني في مكانة الحرمين الشريفين في الشريعة الإسلامية، والمبحث الثالث مكانة الحرمين الشريفين في تعزيز مبادئ العلاقات الدولية، وجاء المبحث الرابع في بيان مكانة الحرمين الشريفين وأثرها على العلاقات الدولية، ثم ختمت الدراسة بالخاتمة المتضمنة أهم النتائج والتوصيات والفهارس. كلمات افتتاحية: الحرمين الشريفين، مكانة، العلاقات الدولية.   The Status of the Two Holy Mosques And it's Impact on International Relations A Foundational Study Abdullah Abdulaziz Alghaith Department of Sharia Politics, , College of Sharia, Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU), Riyadh,  Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. E-Mail: aag498358@gmail.com Abstract: Allah Almighty has distinguished The Two Holy Mosques with noble features and characteristics, Allah made the Two Holy Mosques a place of reverence, stature, veneration and prestige in the hearts of Muslims. The texts of the revelations came as a foundation and support for this veneration and stature, and this status had prominent and good effects on the consolidation and strengthening of international relations between the Islamic state and other countries, which in turn affected dealings and strengthened the ties of coexistence between countries, for that, I chose to study the status of the Two Holy Mosques and its impact on international relations, an authentication study. This study is divided into four topics, the first topic dealt with the definition of the status of the Two Holy Mosques, and the second topic dealt with the status of the Two Holy Mosques in Islamic Sharia, and the third topic is the status of the Two Holy Mosques in promoting the principles of international relations, and the fourth topic dealt with the status of the Two Holy Mosques and its impact on international relations, then the study was concluded with a conclusion containing the most important results, recommendations and indexes.
