The study aimed to study cyberbullying and its relationship to self-image and others among a sample of bullying university students addicted to social media at Ain Shams University. The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical study to determine the extent of the relationship between self-image and cyberbullying among students of scientific and theoretical colleges at Ain Shams University. The study sample consisted of one hundred and six male and female students from the first year of the Faculties of Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Languages at Ain Shams University, divided into eleven males and twenty-one females addicted to social networking sites. The study relied on tools: the cyberbullying scale and the self-esteem scale. The results showed a decrease in the level of cyberbullying among first-year students from the three colleges who are addicted to social networking sites. There is also no relationship between self-esteem and cyberbullying among first-year students from the three colleges who are addicted to social networking sites. There is also no relationship between self-esteem and others among university students who are addicted to social networking sites, regardless of gender and the educational level of the parents. Therefore, the current research recommends holding seminars on campus to raise awareness about the psychological and social effects of bullying in its traditional or electronic forms, conducting studies to identify cyberbullying behavior in different social groups, and developing treatment programs to help victims of cyberbullying through psychological specialists. And social workers working to care for youth within each college.
