Abstract

The aim of the research is to measure the impact of the relationship between accounting information systems and administrative organization on the effectiveness of employees' performance towards the environment in government institutions, "a comparative study between rural and urban areas.", In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the analytical descriptive approach was used, depending on the answers of the research sample and the data that was made through the questionnaire, which is the tool used and distributed to a sample of some employees in government institutions, and the hypotheses were tested statistically using the SPSS statistical program. The research concluded that there are no essential differences between government institutions in the countryside and government institutions in urban areas in organizing projects and organizing in work teams, while there are essential differences between them in matrix organization and network organization (with regard to the dimensions of the administrative organization variable), and there are no essential differences between institutions Rural government and urban government institutions in extra-budgetary financing activities, while there are significant differences between them in the quality of accounting information, tabulation of financial statements (with regard to the dimensions of the accounting information systems variable), there are no significant differences between rural government institutions and urban government institutions In the functional work environment, while there are essential differences between them with regard to the physical work environment and the organizational work environment (with regard to the variable dimensions of the effectiveness of the employees' performance towards the environment), The research concluded the necessity of introducing accounting computer programs in all the work of the administrative units of the university, conducting periodic training for employees of accounting units within the university's administrative apparatus, obligating all university funds to announce their lists and final accounts in one of the official gazettes, reorganizing the formation of work teams assigned to them with some work advisory.
