Abstract

This study aimed to use comprehensive quality management to improve the quality of higher education outputs within the framework of the sustainable development goals by studying and analyzing the relationship between applying the concepts of total quality management and improving the outputs of higher education and studying the relationship between improving the outputs of higher education and achieving the goals of sustainable development in the light of its social and environmental dimensions. By applying it to (The Higher Institute for Specialized Technology Studies) as an applied case. To test the hypotheses of the study, the field study method was relied upon by building a survey list that includes a set of questions that were directed to the study sample who deal with the actual reality of the study problem, with the aim of identifying and analyzing their opinions in order to understand the relationship between total quality management, higher education outputs and sustainable development goals through Using some descriptive statistical measures and appropriate inferential methods to test hypotheses after the validity and reliability rates of these lists have been measured. The most important findings of the study: Proving the existence of a statistically significant significant relationship between the application of the concepts of total quality management and improving the outputs of higher education, and proving the existence of a statistically significant significant relationship between improving the outputs of higher education and achieving the goals of sustainable development. The study presented a set of recommendations, including: planning, organizing and implementing training programs for deans, heads of departments, faculty members and employees in order to expand the culture of total quality and know its philosophy, principles and importance.
