The study aimed to identify Egyptian developments in the cultural and environmental fields and their implications for the efficiency of the informal judiciary and the resulting effects. The standard forms were distributed to members of the sample study of families from the village of Al-Kom Al-Ahmar and Minya and were selected in a random manner. The descriptive curriculum and the social survey curriculum were used. There is a statistically significant correlation between cultural and environmental developments in Egyptian society and customary councils and a statistically significant correlation between the impact of cultural and social developments on customary and customary councils and a statistically significant correlation exists between the reality of individuals' adherence to decisions of customary councils and the impact of cultural and social developments on customary councils, There is also a statistically significant correlation between cultural and environmental developments in Egyptian society and the reality of individuals' adherence to decisions of customary councils. The study recommended the following: To provide all the elements for the judicial work of customary judges, to increase the Government's interest in environmental aspects, to determine a modern legal system for the responsibility of civilian judges, to pay attention to children, to the need for the majority of States to resolve conflicts, and to the importance of the obligation not to use force in their international relations.
