Abstract

The Study Aimed At: how to develop services using modern methods and advance the reality of the authority in line with recent developments, clarifying the economic and environmental challenges and problems that hinder the application of environmental management systems, indicating the importance of environmental management systems in achieving organizational Commitment, conducting a field study to analyze the impact of management systems Environmental on organizational Commitment, access to results and recommendations to strengthen environmental management systems and organizational Commitment.
The Study Reached: the first and third hypothesis pages, where it was found that environmental management systems have a direct and significant effect on both (dimension emotional Commitment and dimension normative Commitment). Significantly direct in (dimension the continuous Commitment "need").
In Light of The Findings of The Study, Some of The Following Recommendations Can Be Formulated:
Recommendations For Environmental Management Systems:
(1): the need for the Authority to allocate a specialized department for environmental affairs  (2): seeking to improve the environmental performance of the Authority.
(3): Carrying out training courses and educational seminars for environmental management systems.
Recommendations for Organizational Commitment:
(1): Work to support emotional commitment.
(2): Work to support normative commitment.
(3): Limiting the continuity “need" commitment.
