The current research drives at studying the environmental and social issues addressed by "Sawt Al Naas" (the Voice of the People) program and its impact on the development of positive environmental attitudes among viewers. In order to achieve this, previous studies, books, references related to the subject of the research and tools are reviewed. The study uses the semi-experimental approach to analyze the program in form and content. The research also uses a pre/post measurements of environmental attitudes among viewers. The research tools are divided into: first, a content analysis of the program in form and content, and 42 episodes of "Sawt Al Naas" (the People's Voice) program have been analyzed. Secondly, a list of environmental and social issues and problems raised in the program has been made. Third, a scale of the environmental attitudes of the viewers of the "Sawt Al Naas" program, where an analytical study has been conducted on (80) individuals who watched the program. The sample is purposively selected and divided into two: the first group that consists of (80) items represent the control group that does not watch the program and submits to a pre/post-test. Second, (80) items represents the experimental group that watches the program and submitted to a pre/post-test. The results show that there is a statistically significant difference between average scores of the experimental group regarding the pre/post application of the environmental attitudes scale, in favor of the post-application.  There are statistically significant differences between average scores of the experimental group regarding the pre/post application of the environmental and social issues and problems dimension, in favor of the post application. The research recommends the use of experts and specialists when presenting environmental and social issues in order to achieve credibility in dealing with environmental and social issues and problems. It also recommends reliance on experts in the field of environmental and social problems to develop environmental attitudes and environmental awareness among the viewers.
