Abstract

The current study aims to identify (a comparative study of some dimensions of environmental education in the school curricula in the primary stage between Egypt and Greece), as the research problem was identified: the absence of comparative studies of environmental curricula in the primary stage between the State of Egypt and other foreign countries, so it was taken from the curricula of the State of Greece as a comparative study Between it and the Egyptian curricula, and from here a set of environmental values ​​have been developed to be developed among the students of this stage due to the importance of instilling these values among the students of the two countries The comparative study in the current research and the study tools were designed as (building a list of environmental dimensions - preparing a content analysis form). The research tools were tested before and after with the study group that consisted of nearly 40 teachers
The study reached the following most important results:
1- There are statistically significant differences in the first axis between the average results of the internal consistency validity of the distribution of the study sample according to the extent to which the professor received training on environmental education as well as teaching methods for the benefit of the Egyptian sample.
2- There are statistically significant differences in the second axis between the average results of the internal consistency validity of the distribution of the study sample according to the environmental values that the professor contributes to consolidating for students in favor of the Egyptian sample.
3- There are statistically significant differences between the average results of the internal consistency validity of the issues related to the third axis (environmental education) and its sub-dimensions before and after the application of content analysis to the curricula in favor of the Greek curricula.
