The research aimed mainly to planning an extension program to develop the knowledge of cattle breeders regarding comprehensive care to neonate calves in Desouqe district Kafr El Sheikh Governorate, A questionnaire form was designed for this purpose. A systematic random sample of 150 respondents from three villages: Gamagmoon, El Safia, Kafr Mager in Desouqe district, percentage, frequencies, arithmetic mean, standard division and weighted mean were used to analyses and present the data.
