Abstract

The study aimed to discuss the future planning of industries in the Suez Canal axis and its role in development through three main axes represented in identifying the most important navigational transport channels. The study revealed many challenges that impede industrial progress in the Suez Canal axis, whether they are natural challenges, including climatic changes, earthquakes, sand encroachment, economic challenges, administrative challenges, international ambitions, and legislative challenges facing industrial development in the Suez Canal axis.
