This research aims to achieve a number of objectives, which are as follows: Identifying the intellectual foundations of business incubators in terms of their nature, importance, development, justifications and objectives, identifying the most prominent global models for establishing a model business incubator, identifying the most prominent experiences of leading foreign and Arab universities in organizing and managing university business incubators, identifying the organizational and administrative components necessary for organizing and managing university business incubators in light of analyzing the experiences of some leading international universities, identifying the most important Egyptian efforts made in organizing and managing university business incubators, and developing a proposed organizational model for organizing and managing university business incubators at Alexandria University in light of the experiences of some leading international universities.
