Abstract

Long Coronary lesions represent a formidable 
challenge during percutaneous coronary intervention.
Implantation of multiple contiguous stents may result 
in sections of overlapping stents or gaps of unstented 
segments and is an independent predictor of 
restenosis and major adverse cardiovascular events.
