Abstract

Mitral prosthetic paravalvular leak (PVL) is an 
uncommon yet serious complication Threedimensional echocardiography (3DE) is 
considered superior to 2D echocardiography by 
which dehiscence sites can be identified with 
special attention to their location, shape, size and 
area.
