Undoubtedly, national educational policies implemented by successive governments in Yemen have addressed educational issues in general, with a particular focus on improving agricultural education. Despite past improvements in the agricultural education system contributing to notable growth in the agricultural sector, the agricultural landscape in Yemen is changing more rapidly than the evolution of the agricultural education sector. To stimulate growth in this crucial sector, which sustains livelihoods for over half of the population, leveraging potential demographic dividends, a revitalization of the agricultural education system is imperative. This study examines the challenges of the current agricultural education system through analysis of perspectives from all key stakeholders. The study also attempts to identify and prioritize stakeholder suggestions for enhancing the current agricultural education system to confront emerging challenges. Among the key findings of the study is that the current education system in Yemen does not foster entrepreneurial skills among students. The study recommends the preparation of graduates capable of meeting labor market demands while addressing critical issues such as declining land productivity, climate change, and food security.
