يهدف هذا البحث إلي دراسة إمكانية جدوى إستخدام الطين الناتج من غسيل الرمل في الكويت في عمل التشكيل الخزفي ودراسة إستخدام أنواع مختلفه من الطينات مثل الطين الاصولي وطين البولكليه وطين الكولين ومعرفة خصائصه لإضافتها الي الطين الناتج من عمليات غسيل الرمل في الكويت و إختيار أفضل هذه الأنواع لعمل طينات مختلفه تكون ذات جوده عاليه وخصائص أفضل للاستفادة منها في مجال التشكيل الخزفي.
وتوصلنا من خلال هذا البحث إلي :
-معرفة خصائص الطين الناتج من عمليات غسيل الرمل في الكويت.
- معرفة أفضل أنواع الطين التي يمكن أضافها إلي الطين الناتج من عمليات غسيل الرمل في الكويت والنسب التي يمكن إضافتها إلي الطين الناتج من عمليات غسيل الرمل في الكويت لإنتاج أنواع جديده من الطينات تكون ذات جوده عاليه وخصائص أفضل للاستفادة منها في مجال التشكيل الخزفي.
-إستخدام طرق مختلفه في التشكيل كطريق الحبال و طريقة ضغط قالب لمعرفة أفضل الطرق التي يمكن إستخدامها في تشكيل هذه الطينات في العمل الخزفي .
This research aims to study the feasibility of using the clay resulting from sand washing in Kuwait for ceramic shaping and to examine the use of various types of clays such as Aswan clay, Polka clay, and Kaolin clay. It seeks to understand their properties to incorporate them into the clay produced from sand washing processes in Kuwait and to select the best of these types to create different clays that possess high quality and better characteristics for use in the field of ceramic shaping.
- Understanding the best types of clay that can be added to the clay resulting from sand washing processes in Kuwait, as well as the proportions that can be added to this clay to produce new types of clay with high quality and better properties for use in the field of ceramic shaping.
- Using different methods in shaping, such as the rope technique and the mold pressing method, to determine the best ways to shape these clays in ceramic work.
The research concluded that:
- Understanding the characteristics of clay resulting from sand washing processes.
- Using clay mixtures suitable for shaping from the clay resulting from sand washing drakes in Kuwait.
