Praise be to God, we praise Him, we seek help from Him, and we seek His guidance, and we seek refuge in God from the evils of ourselves and from the bad deeds of our deeds. The Shari'a rulings were established to bring interests to the people and ward off harm from them. This is one of the ease and tolerance of Islamic law, and this includes the speculation or loan company, in which there is facilitation for the taxpayer, the absence of hardship, and the removal of embarrassment. And I will deal - God willing - in this research the issue of transgression of speculators with the honorable follower Abu Qilabah (may God have mercy on him) who died in 104 AH, comparing his opinion with the four schools of thought, indicating who agreed with him and who disagreed with him, with weighting.
