الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الرقمية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمّان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، واختلاف وجهات النظر باختلاف المؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وطبقت على عينة (221) معلم. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الرقمية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة العاصمة عمّان كانت متوسطة،  ووجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزي لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة؛ لصالح فئة دكتور وفئة 5- اقل من 10 على التوالي، وخلصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات: تنفيذ ورش عمل ودورات متخصصة للمعلمين لتجربة الأدوات الرقمية لدورها في دعم عملية التعليم والتعلم، ومشاركة المعلمين في حوسبة المناهج الدراسية وإعداد المواد الرقمية.                                Abstract : This study aimed to identify the degree of digital leadership practice among public secondary school principals in the capital Amman governorate from the point of view of teachers, and the different points of view according to the educational qualification and the number of years of experience. Teacher. The study found that the degree of digital leadership practice among public secondary school principals in the capital, Amman, was moderate, and that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of educational qualification and number of years of experience. In favor of a doctorate class and a class of 5-less than 10, respectively. The study concluded with a number of recommendations: Implementation of workshops and specialized courses for teachers to experiment with digital tools for their role in supporting the teaching and learning process, and the participation of teachers in computerizing curricula and preparing digital materials.
