Abstract

The end of the eighteenth and nineteenth century AD in the Arab states was formed under the Ottoman rule, this era is important from the history of the regions that were subjected to the Ottoman rule, whether it was in the far east of the Arabian Peninsula or in its west, so the Al -Ahsa الإحساء region of the Arabian Gulf represented a different model for the documents and legal instruments found in The Hijaz, If we find similarities and differences in the style used between Al -Ahsa and the Hijaz region, they all agree to monitor the aspects of social and economic activity for the Hijaz region, whether in the city of Jeddah, Makkah Al -Mukarramah, Medina, or in the Al -Ahsa region. Through this research paper, we will shed light on the documents and sukuk (instruments) of Sharia controls in Hijaz and Al -Ahsa as an important source for studying economic and social history during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries AD.
