" دور قادة المدارس في استثمار المنشآت التعليمية  في المملكة العربية السعودية" المستخلص:      هدف البحث الحالى الى التعرف على دور قادة المدارس في استثمار المنشآت التعليمية  في المملكة العربية السعودية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في بحثة واستخدم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وتكون مجتمع البحث من قادة وقائدات في بعض مكاتب تعليم المملكة العربية السعودية  والبالغ عددهم (46) قائداً و(88) قائدة، وكانت العينة قادة مدارس التعليم ببعض الادارات ، وقد توصل الباحث الى نتائج من أهمها أنه يجب اعتبار الاستثمارات التعليمية استثمارات إنتاجية وليست استهلاكية وكشفت عن كيفية جعل الاستثمار في مجال التعليم عجلة دافعة دون أعباء جديدة على كاهل هذا الاقتصاد ومن النتائج التي توصل لها الباحث الكشف عن معوقات تطوير دور قادة المدارس لتفعيل مفهوم المدرسة المنتجة وفق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030م من وجهة نظر قادة المدارس انفسهم .         The role of school leaders in investing in educational facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  Abstract:     The aim of the current research is to identify the role of school leaders in investing educational facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in his research and used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. The research community consisted of leaders and leaders in some (46) education offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A leader and (88) leaders, and the sample was the leaders of education schools in some departments, and the researcher reached results, the most important of which is that educational investments should be considered productive, not consumer, and revealed how to make investment in the field of education a driving wheel without new burdens on the shoulders of this economy and from the results Which the researcher reached to reveal the obstacles to developing the role of school leaders to activate the concept of a productive school according to the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 from the point of view of the school leaders themselves.
