الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد مستوى تبني الإدارة الإلكترونية وأثرها في تطبيق المعرفة على أصحاب المناصب الإدارية العليا في الجامعات المختلفة، بالأخص في جامعة حائل. أثر توظيف الإدارة الإلكترونية على الإدارات المختلفة بها اعتمدت الدراسة المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي، والاستبيانات المصممة خصيصاً لهذه الدراسة، وكانت عينة البحث (400) فردا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمديرين والعاملين في الإدارات المختلفة وجمعت نتيجة الاستبيان من خلال برنامج SPSS.، وتوصل الباحث إلى النتائج الأتية:
استخدام المتطلبات الخمسة (البشرية، الإدارية، المالية، الفنية، الأمنية) في جامعة الحائل للإدارة الإلكترونية لإدارة المعرفة بطريقة جيدة وإيجابية.
للجامعات متطلبات للإدارة المالية والبشرية الإلكترونية، ولها تأثير قوي في تطبيق معارفها.
الواضح أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بسبب المتغيرات الشخصية بين استخدام العينة التقديري للإدارة الإلكترونية وأثرها على استخدام المعرفة من قبل أصحاب المناصب الإدارية المتوسطة والعليا في الجامعات.
قدم هذا البحث بعض التوصيات أهمها:
مواكبة أحدث التطورات العالمية في مجال الإدارة الإلكترونية وتطبيق المعرفة، لا بد من زيادة اهتمام إدارات الجامعات بتبني المعرفة التطبيقية للإدارة الإلكترونية.
متابعة إدخال محتوى تطوير البرامج والحاسوب إلى العمل الإداري للأشراف وتحفيز الكوادر لهذا الغرض.
تقديم حوافز معنوية ومادية إيجابية لموظفي الجامعة الذين يستخدمون المعرفة الجديدة المستفادة من التدريب والمعرفة، ولتحقيق ذلك تحتاج الجامعة إلى نظام مراقبة لتحديد من يستحق من الموظفين.

Abstract
This research aims to determine the level of adoption of e-management and its impact in applying knowledge to those in senior management positions in different universities, especially at The University of Hail. The impact of the employment of electronic management on the various departments adopted the study descriptive and analytical approaches, and questionnaires specifically designed for this study, and the sample research (400) members of the faculty, managers and staff in different departments and collected the result of the questionnaire through the Program SPSS. The researcher came to the conclusions:
Use the five requirements (human, administrative, financial, and technical, security) at Al-Hail University for e-management to manage knowledge in a good and positive way.
Universities requirements for electronic financial and human management, and have a strong influence in the application of their knowledge.
It is clear that there are no statistically significant differences due to personal variables between the estimated use of e-management sample and its impact on the use of knowledge by middle and senior management positions in universities.
This research made some recommendations, the most important of which are:
Keeping up with the latest global developments in the field of e-management and the application of knowledge, it is necessary to increase the interest of university administrations in adopting applied knowledge of e-management.
Follow-up the introduction of the content of software and computer development to the administrative work to supervise and motivate the cadres for this purpose.
To provide positive moral and material incentives to university staff who use the new knowledge learned from training and knowledge, and to achieve this university needs a monitoring system to determine who is eligible of the employees.
