To understand the current Arab conditions, Its necessary understand the internal and external impacts on the stability in this area. So, understanding the internal and external factor in the Arab area post 2010, Provide many responds around the reasons, factors, and results that relative with what happened in the Arab countries as uprising and  political instability. And How that draw big problematic in the rebuilding of  Arab states after what happen. So, the study seeks to respond on potential question as: What are the problems on the state  rebuilding in Arab countries post 2010 and How can be faced to achieve stability in this area?, In responding on this questions, the researcher has three points. First one: Talk about the theoretical frame work about State rebuilding. Second: Talk about the internal and external factors that influenced in the Arab stability. Third: Talk about the problems that faced Arab countries in achieving stability. After study these points, the researcher reach that External interventions in Arab countries in direct or indirect consider the main reason in instability in this area.
