genus Aspergillus is extraordinary as exemplified by the diversity of its disease manifestations, almost 
all termed ―aspergillosis‖, Downregulated miRNAs predicted to target Il13, Il33, and Clec7awere 
identified, suggesting a possible mechanism that contributes in part to an immune response following 
subchronic exposures to A. fumigatus.These altered miRNAs may serve as potential biomarkers to
evaluate fungal exposure.
