من المشکلات التي تواجه المجتمع المسلم في عصرنا الحالي هي مشکلة التفکک الأسري وارتفاع نسبة الطلاق بين أفراده مما قد أدي بمجتمعنا إلى حالة من الانهيار الأخلاقي والمجتمعي والحضاري. وقد تطلبت مناقشة هذه المشکلة أن يدار البحث على مقدمة وخمسة مباحث: المبحث الأول: عن تعريف الأسرة وأرکانها وأهميتها. المبحث الثاني:عن تعريف التفکک الأسري (تعريفه-أهم أسبابه). وتناول البحث أهم أسباب التفکک الأسري ومنها: الأب الحاضر الغائب، الأم الحاضرة الغائبة، صراع الأدوار، ثورة الاتصالات الحديثة، الخدم، الوضع الاقتصادي للأسرة، ضعف الإيمان. المبحثالثالث: عن الآثار السيئة للتفکک ومنها:آثار التفکک على الأفراد، آثار التفکک على علاقات الزوجين بالآخرين، آثار التفکک على انحراف أفراد الأسرة، آثار التفکک على قيم المجتمع وثقافته، وآثار التفکک على التنمية. المبحث الرابع: وسائل الوقاية والعلاج: تناول البحث بعض وسائل الوقاية وهي: تقوية الإيمان، وبناء الأسرة الصحيحة، وعدم التدخل في حياة الزوجين. وبعض وسائل العلاج وهي: تفعيل دور المؤسسات الدينية والتربوية والثقافية والإعلامية والخيرية والصحية والعائلية. المبحث الخامس: عن من الآثار المترتبة على التفکک الأسري: (الطلاق)، وتناول البحث بعض أسبابه وعلاجها.
One of the problems facing the Muslim community in our time is the problem of family disintegration and the high rate of divorce among its members, which has led our society to a state of moral, societal and cultural  collapse. The discussion of this problem required that the research be divided into an introduction and five sections: The first topic: the definition of the family, its pillars and importance. The second topic:  the definition of family disintegration (definition - the most important causes). The research dealt with the most important causes of family disintegration, including: the present absent father, the absent present mother, the conflict of roles, the modern communications revolution, servants, the economic situation of the family, weak faith. The third topic: It's about the bad effects of disintegration, including: the effects of disintegration on individuals, the effects of disintegration on the relationships of spouses with others, the effects of disintegration on the deviation of family members, the effects of disintegration on the values ​​and culture of society, and the effects of disintegration on development. Fourth topic: Means of prevention and treatment: The research dealt with some means of prevention, namely: strengthening faith, building the right family, and not interfering in the lives of spouses. And some means of treatment, namely: activating the role of religious, educational, cultural, media, charitable, health and family institutions. The fifth topic: about the effects of family disintegration: (divorce), and the research dealt with some of its causes and treatment.
