Abstract

This paper presents a heat conduction problem of inhomogeneous physically moving compound
bodies, which consists of two cylinders. Using a sequence of integral transformations(Laplace,
Hankel), the Cauchys residue theory, Bessel functions and using the results of the roots of one
transcendental equation, which results from the conditions of contact between the two cylinders, a
solution in the form of a series is obtained. A special case of alternating zeros of transcendental
equation is also given.
