This paper is a study about firstly and shortly the beginning and development of child theatre in Egypt and Arabic world, then in all world.
Secondly, it studied how and why child theatre is important and necessary to help the child to understand, analyze and think in a systematic way by everything astonishes him like music, decoration, clothes and colored lights, …. , etc.
All these items help to build child personality to be good citizen in his society, because the theatre has a great impression in changing manners and character of child to be positive person in the future.
The study has an important result and recommendation about the necessity and importance of suiting every play of drama for every age of child to be able to understand the drama.
The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool of research, to prove this truth, after analyzing child plays on the theatre which she attended.
