it has become a part and a big space in most of the practical areas of life that are indispensable for being
easy, expeditious and conducive to the intended purpose, and the importance of the existence of legal
texts confirming confidence and security in dealing with individuals, Most states have enacted modern
legislation that addresses most of the issues and topics that may arise between parties in the event of a
dispute, distortion or alteration of the bonds, resulting in an increase in e-business activity and its
recovery.
To determine the validity of electronic bonds via modern means and the Internet, are they legally
protected from any distortion or alteration? Does it have legal force of proof in the event of any dispute
